Gabriela “Gaby” Cortez is the Operations Manager at Schneiderman Insurance Agency and a key member of its leadership team, helping shape the agency’s culture while driving operational excellence and strategic growth. She joined the agency in 2020 through the Farmers Protégé Program, and after graduating from it she chose to stay and help run the agency.
Gaby is a strategic thinker who has helped elevate our operation as the agency has grown into a larger team. With experience across personal, commercial, and life insurance, she keeps both client relationships and internal processes running smoothly. Her thirst for knowledge, her drive for excellence, and her desire to keep growing, both personally and professionally, define her success.
A California native, Gaby was raised in the San Fernando Valley and takes pride in serving her community. Her understanding of the local market helps her connect with clients and address their unique needs.
When she is not in the office, Gaby enjoys spending time with her large extended family, relaxing with her dog, and discovering new spots around Los Angeles, whether it is the latest restaurants, cultural hotspots, or the city’s hidden gems.
