Zachary Schneiderman was born in Los Angeles and raised in Porter Ranch, California. He attended Sierra Canyon School for his elementary education and graduated from Granada Hills High School, where he earned varsity letters in both wrestling and track and field.

After high school, Zachary attended the University of Kansas, where he studied Film, Business, and Marketing. He then spent ten years with a real estate development and property management firm, where he managed investor relations, leased residential and commercial properties, handled accounting, worked with lenders to secure project financing and take-out loans, and oversaw day-to-day property management. The company specialized in developing properties on the east side of Los Angeles, including Hollywood, Silver Lake, Los Feliz, Glendale, and surrounding areas, and Zachary led marketing for the company and its properties.

Building on that foundation, Zachary Schneiderman (LUTCF, MDRT 2023, Farmers President’s Council) founded the Schneiderman Insurance Agency in Granada Hills. His combined experience in real estate development, property management, and insurance gives him a distinctive skill set for serving a diverse clientele, including homeowners, real estate developers, apartment owners, and business owners. He has been recognized as one of the top agents within Farmers Insurance and was elected to Farmers Insurance’s President’s Council six times. He was also a member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) in 2023, an internationally recognized organization representing the highest standard of excellence in the insurance and financial services industries.

Zachary is an active member of ProVisors, a high-level networking organization that connects trusted professionals across industries, and the Realtor Fire Safety Council (RFSC), which focuses on fire safety awareness and preparedness in real estate communities. These affiliations help him connect clients with top-tier professionals such as attorneys, accountants, and real estate brokers when additional support is needed. Committed to continuous growth, Zachary earned the Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) designation from the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA).

When he is not working, Zachary enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He has a passion for attending sporting events and concerts and finds joy in photography, capturing moments that reflect his creative spirit.
