Before entering the insurance industry, Glen was a scholarship athlete on the Jacksonville University tennis team, where he developed the discipline, focus, and competitive mindset that continue to shape his professional approach today.
Glen went on to build a successful career in commercial lending, specializing in underwriting, financial analysis, and structuring financing solutions for small and mid-sized businesses. He also worked as a financial advisor, guiding clients through retirement planning, investment fundamentals, and long-term financial strategy.
