Joe Dugom is the Sales Lead at Schneiderman Insurance Agency and a member of the agency’s leadership team. He has worked in the insurance industry since 2019, and earlier in his career he co-owned a Farmers Insurance agency with his brother. Joe takes a hands-on approach, working closely with clients and with the agency’s trusted referral partners, including mortgage brokers and real estate agents.
He builds tailored insurance portfolios across personal and commercial lines, whether he is guiding first-time homebuyers through their homeowners options, helping landlords protect their investments, or writing commercial coverage for business owners. Joe also helps families with their life insurance needs and rounds out personal protection with auto and umbrella policies.
Outside the office, Joe is a dedicated husband and family man. He is hard-working and driven, drawing on the Mamba Mentality of his hero Kobe Bryant. When he is not at work, he loves spending time with his wife, extended family, and longtime friends, or catching a game from his couch or at the ballpark. And yes, he loves those bobbleheads.
