Not by your policy, and the fix is to require theirs. A caterer, a band, a bounce house operator, or a valet service each carries its own exposure, and your event policy generally will not answer a claim arising from their work. Ask each vendor for a certificate naming you, and the venue where the venue requires it, before the load-in date. If alcohol is being served, ask whether the caterer holds a license and liquor liability, because that is the gap most likely to reach you.
