The venue decides the floor. Public venues publish theirs. State Parks asks for a $1,000,000 combined single limit per occurrence, and Los Angeles County Parks for $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate. Each names the public body as additional insured. Private rental agreements set their own limit and wording. Above the floor, attendance, alcohol and higher-risk activity such as amusement equipment or athletics shape what is appropriate. Send us the venue’s requirements and we tell you what they oblige you to carry.
