Schneiderman Insurance Agency was founded in 2011 by Zachary Schneiderman, who moved into insurance after a decade in real estate development and property management.

That background gave him a firsthand view of the risks property owners and investors face, from asset protection and tenant liability to regulatory compliance, and it shaped the agency around one idea: coverage should be built around your life and your business, not pulled off a shelf. We own property, run this business, and raise our families here, so we look at your coverage the way you do.

What began as a small, family-founded practice has grown into a talented team of account managers, producers, and service professionals. Zachary founded the agency, but the strength of SIA is its people, and he relies on their knowledge and experience every day. When you call, you reach an experienced advisor who can actually help, not a single point of contact that everything has to route through.
